CNC Machining

Tech Products has a complete in-house manufacturing facility. The core of our manufacturing is accomplished on our 5 CNC milling machines with 20 inch x 50 inch beds. Our CNC lathe will accommodate all of your turned part needs. The machining code is generated directly from the 3D solid computer models. This guarantees the accurate and efficient production of your parts.

We work with all materials: Plastics, Aluminum, Steels, Stainless, Titanium, and Super Alloys such as Inconel.

From a 1 piece prototype to 10,000 piece production runs, we can do it all.

Fabrications and Assemblies

Tech Products offers a turnkey solution for your product. We can provide a finished product assembled, boxed, packaged, labeled, and drop shipped from our facility to your customers.

Tech Products also has a complete manual machine shop for prototypes, short runs, and fixtures. Sheet metal fabrications and welding. Vacuum form dies and production. Injection mold dies and production.

Prototypes

Prototyping is an essential part of developing a working product. We start with the Solid 3D model generated during the design phase of the project. We take these computer models and generate individual parts through various rapid prototyping methods. Creating an exact representation of how your product will look, feel, and operate before going into production.
