CAD - Computer Aided Design

The overall concept development begins with a Solid 3D model to give you a visual representation of your product. During this creative process, we modify these drawings and illustrations until we meet your specifications. Photo realistic renderings provide an inexpensive way to visualize the final product, and make quick and cost effective design modifications. We make sure the customer's requirements and expectations are exceeded on every project.

Stress Analysis and Simulations

Computerized stress analysis is a quick and cost effective way to test the structural integrity of a product on the computer. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is used to identify and solve potential problems while actively pursuing product enhancements. A 3D solid virtual prototype can be subjected to various loads, pressures, and restraints. The resultant stresses, strains, and displacements of the part can be evaluated to pursue weight and size reduction, increased rigidity, greater fatigue life, and vibration control. Motion studies can also be accomplished on complex assemblies with interconnected moving parts.
